It can’t get any worse. Can it?
I’m currently 13,002 words behind. Nothing is worse then knowing you have the time but can’t seem to get motivated to write. I’ve decided to invest in Write or Die for the desktop.
If you don’t know what it is, it is basically a program which asks how many words do you want to write in how many minutes. If you stop writing during the time allotted, it will let you know by changing the background of the screen and making sounds in the background. There is a free edition available at The Main Web Site, but I would recommend getting the Desktop Edition. It only costs $10 and has more options then the website edition. It even allows you to save the file.
It is a wonderful tool to help you write. This is way I’m going to use when I don’t have the motivation to write. This will be my life line. Will it be yours?
